HomeCare Advocacy Network Omaha is seeking compassionate, attentive and trustworthy caregivers to join our mission in providing extraordinary Home Care to our clients. Our caregivers are a valuable part of our team, and we are here to support them throughout their caregiving journey! 
 

* Our employees receive flexible hours, a variety of shifts (Days, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends) and competitive pay 

* Caregivers will follow a daily care plan, one on one, in their clients home. 

* No experience needed.  We offer paid training to all caregivers!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

    - Build relationships with clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship

    -  Assist with personal care, (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)

    - Ensure the client’s home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place 

    - Assist with some light housework and meal preparation 

    - Mobility assistance may be required (helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair)

    - Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments/errands

    - Monitor and report changes in physical needs and mental behavior

    - Position may include caring for clients with dementia 

Caregiver Requirements:  

    - Must be 19 years or older

    - A High School Diploma is preferred

    - Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance (please do not apply if you do not have these requirements)
